1. The Feedback and Idea-suggestion Form (link here) is open and will accept responses until 30-08-2025.
2. Submitting a valid response is mandatory for enrolling in the Ideation Prize event.
3. Each person is expected to submit only ONE response.
4. If a response is low-effort or contains absurd or meaningless answers, it will be deemed as an INVALID response. Such submissions may be rejected. if it is suspected that a person has submitted more than one form, all his submissions may be rejected.

6. Not answering optional questions DOES NOT make a response invalid. However, for ease of contact, it is recommended to share name and phone number. The optional question - ‘your idea or suggestion’ MUST be answered for enrolling in the Ideation Prize Event.
7. The form can be submitted completely anonymously without mentioning any personal information. However providing valid responses for the above mentioned questions is MUST for enrolling in the ideation award event.
8. If an idea is good enough AND a part of it OR the idea in its entirety OR any other idea motivated by the idea is included in the game, the person whose response included the above-mentioned idea is entitled to a prize money of Rs. 200 in the form of cash and/or gift vouchers.
9. For an idea to be good enough, it must be creative, preferably original and not too vague.
10. The percentage of prize money given in the form of cash will NOT be intimated. A minimum of 40 percent of the prize money will be provided in this form.
11. The percentage of prize money given in the form of gift vouchers will NOT be intimated. Gift vouchers would be valid until at least 15 days from the day of distribution (including the day of distribution).
12. Gift vouchers are redeemable at specific shops inside the campus and possibly around the campus main gate - within a one mile radius. The details of centers where the gift vouchers are redeemable will NOT be intimated beforehand.
13. In case the gift vouchers are valued not absolutely but as a percentage figure, two times the minimum purchase value or a figure of Rs. 500 (whichever is higher) will be considered for determining the absolute amount.
14. Gift vouchers will NOT be exchanged for other gift vouchers or cash.
15. Payment would be done through UPI interface. No prize money will be distributed in the form of banknotes.
16. There is no cap on the no. of winners. However, the names of the winners will NOT be publicly announced. The winners will be intimated individually by end of the first week of September 2025. In case the winners have not shared their contact details, the email recorded during the form submission shall be used for this purpose.
17. The award money and gift vouchers will be distributed within a maximum of 10 days after the individual intimation.
